I hope this finds you well. A few of you (to my surprise) noticed that there was no letter last week and reached out to me, which was a touching reminder that this is more than just a place where only I get to speak. So, that’s why I’m doing a community post today. I started Take Your Time for many small reasons that add up to one big one: to share the things I learn by listening to myself, which usually happens when I’m alone and walking. These days, the insights are not ones I am ready to discuss openly and my walks are serving a different purpose. Most days I am struggling to find time just for myself, to process the rapid and scary changes that are taking shape in my life. And so, I ask you: how do you process change?
I like to understand why the change is happening, if it’s something out of my control. What caused it? What new opportunities will it bring? What will it take from me? Who benefits?

Such good questions, as usual! Thank you, Charlie! I’m going to start asking myself what it will take from me and work on that answer. ❤️
